Employing a team of over 100 skilled and motivated people, we operate with the most current and well-maintained plant and machinery, control and run our own fleet of bulk haulage trucks and have earthmoving equipment ranging from 1 tonne to 75 tonnes.

What We Do
Since it was established over 30 years ago, Affective has continued to grow and is today one of NSW's leading civil earthmoving contractors. Our "one call gets it all" approach offers our combined resources of asbestos removal, site decontamination, demolition, civil and traffic management packages, allowing our clients to liaise with just one contractor.
Affective owns and operates a large fleet of heavy equipment for wet and dry hire, including Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Case equipment with a huge range of attachments.
Demolition is our speciality. Our skilled team offer a complete service including planning, approvals, site decontamination, full strip out, and the removal, recycling and disposal of all materials.
We have extensive experience and the highest standards for the safe removal of hazardous materials, including all types of asbestos, contaminated site investigation, clean up and remediation.
We provide a range of transportation services including the supply, transport and disposal of materials, and the load, transport and disposal of contaminated and dangerous materials.
Our Traffic Management division brings 15 years of experience across a wide range of disciplines to ensure traffic control is planned and executed to the highest standards of safety.
